Return policy

We want you 100% happy with your East Rome Designs cassock or vest. If you are not happy in any way, please return your unworn (see below) garment for a full refund within 30 days of purchase and in like-new condition.

To return your garment

Please ship unworn garment (see below) to the address on your packing slip WITH your order number (we are unable to process returns without your order number). Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to process the refund and for it to appear on your credit card statement. We are unable to make exchanges; if you would like a different size, please place a new order for that size.

What counts as unworn and like-new condition

While we understand you need to try on your garment to see if it fits, we cannot provide refunds for garments that have been visibly worn or have odors such as laundry soap, cologne, or other bath products. Please do not return garments that are not in like-new, resaleable condition as no refund will be given for such garments.
